Web applications that replace manual work

Internal tools, customer portals, dashboards and custom SaaS. Built with TypeScript, React, NestJS and PostgreSQL — with AI wired into the data model from day one, not bolted on later.

01

When you need an app, not a website

A website presents and sells. A web application works: user logins, data, rules, processes, reports. When Excel or email becomes the bottleneck, it's time for a custom app.

We build an app when the process needs more than content:

  • Users log in and see their own data (roles, permissions, tenants)
  • Data is created, edited and linked — not just read
  • Processes have rules and states (orders, approvals, reminders)
  • The system connects to others (CRM, ERP, payments, email)
  • Data turns into reports and real-time dashboards
02

Technology — proven, typed, fast

We use one language across the whole stack — TypeScript front and back. Fewer bugs, faster development, code that stays maintainable for years.

  • React — responsive, modern user interface
  • NestJS — structured backend (API, authentication, logic)
  • PostgreSQL — reliable relational database for serious data
  • TypeScript top to bottom — types catch errors before the user does
  • REST or GraphQL API — ready for mobile clients and integrations too
  • Automated testing — regression in hours, not days
03

AI-native — built into the data model

We don't attach AI at the end as a plugin. We build it into the data model and processes from day one — the assistant sees your data and can take actions inside the app.

That means features classic apps don't have:

  • An assistant over your data (RAG) — answers from your database, not the internet
  • Agentic automation — the app performs routine tasks on its own
  • Natural language instead of forms — “create a quote for this client”
  • MCP server — external AI agents can act safely inside the app
  • Extraction and classification of data from documents and email

What we build — typical cases

Every app is custom, but most fit a few patterns. Honestly: if you need a standard online store or a marketing site, we'll tell you up front — and point you to a better-suited solution.

  • Internal tools — replace Excel and manual procedures
  • Customer portals — orders, documents, status, support
  • Dashboards — data from many sources in one place, in real time
  • SaaS products — multi-tenant apps with subscriptions (Stripe)
  • Bookings and appointments — calendar, notifications, payments
  • Integration layers — connections between CRM, ERP and other systems
05

Process — one person, the full stack

One developer designs, builds, tests and ships — from the data model to the interface. No losses in handoff between teams, no agency markup.

Development is open and verifiable:

  • We work in iterations — you see a working version every week
  • Tested by agents — AIIOtalk and WebTesterAI run the regression
  • The code is yours — repository access, no lock-in
  • Documentation and handover at the end — take it over or continue together
06

Hosting, security and cost

We deploy the app on infrastructure that fits its scale — from the Cloudflare edge to classic cloud, and EU or on-premise where privacy requires it.

Development is a one-time cost; monthly costs depend on scale and traffic. We tell you everything up front, with no hidden items.

  • Hosting to fit — Cloudflare Workers, cloud, or EU/on-premise
  • Security built in — authentication, roles, encryption, security testing
  • No vendor lock-in — standard technologies, your repository
  • Maintenance by arrangement — updates, upgrades, support
  • A clear quote before we start — fixed scope or phased development

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between a website and a web application?

A website presents content (marketing, blog, store). A web application does work — user logins, editing data, processes with rules, integrations and reports. If your process lives in Excel or email, you probably need an app.

How much does a web application cost?

It depends on scope — number of features, roles, integrations and data complexity. Development is a one-time cost, and we can split it into phases. Send an inquiry and you'll get a rough estimate after a short call.

Which technologies do you use?

TypeScript across the whole stack: React for the interface, NestJS for the backend, PostgreSQL for the database. These are proven, widespread technologies with no lock-in — any developer can maintain the code.

Can you connect the app to our existing system?

Yes. We regularly connect apps to CRM, ERP, payment systems (Stripe), email and custom databases via APIs. We also help migrate existing data.

How do you build AI into the app?

We build AI into the data model from the start: an assistant over your data (RAG), agentic task automation, natural language instead of forms, and an MCP server for external agents. It's part of the logic, not a bolted-on plugin.

Who owns the code and data?

You do. The code goes into your repository, the data stays yours. No vendor lock-in — you can take the app over anytime or have us maintain it together by arrangement.
